Global Organization for Security and Intelligence IOSI

ABOUT US

IOSI is a society-focused organization shaping security and intelligence and is committed to promoting and enhancing international security.

IOSI is in part consultancy, part lab, and part think tank. We develop practical solutions to current and emerging security threats; by those means, we assist the public sector, the private sector, and civil society to effectively further public safety, democracy, and human rights.

IOSI is dedicated to providing relevant and up to date expertise regarding security and intelligence at all levels – nationally, regionally, and internationally. We stand with pride, passion, and commitment to secure fundamental rights and common interests across borders regardless of cultures, religions, and ethnicities. In the same manner, we provide top-level training and advising; running seminars, workshops, and conferences, among other activities, are part of what we do.

WHAT WE DO

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to strengthen public security and advance national, regional, and international cooperation across the public sector, civil society, and the private sector – with a strong sense of respect for human rights, law, and democracy. In doing so, we aim to foster debate on global and human security topics for the creation and sharing of informed knowledge. Our core values are Excellence, Sustainability, Integrity, Development, and Teamwork.
Our vision is to have a global community in which governments, international public institutions, civil society, and the private sector duly cooperate to prevent international security threats and effectively address them.

OUR VISION

OUR VALUES

Excellence | The highest possible standard of performance and service, with a sense of duty and honor.

Sustainability | A balance between law, order, and justice.

Integrity | Independent, apolitical, ethical, and lawful.

Education | A learning organization that evolves and educates with informed discussions, debate, and decision-making.

Teamwork | We join forces and build relationships with the public sector, the private sector as well as with our partners given our shared vision in security, mission, and values.

ON THE PATH TOWARDS GLOBAL SECURITY

Human security and transnational crime have emerged and evolved as stakeholders’ predominant concerns in the public and private sectors. This organization steps in as a timely actor by bringing together a plethora of world-renowned experts, law enforcement, and government officials alongside corporate leaders to effectively address narco-terrorism, organized crime, terrorism, and drug trafficking, among other threats affecting countries worldwide. Today, the economic reality behests public-private partnerships and collaborative opportunities for training, especially on the issues of crime, terrorism, and other security concerns. IOSI has delivered a vast wealth of intelligence; it provides effective programs around global security, and it has assembled a special breed of collaboration required to address issues in security and intelligence effectively.”

Former Chief of Police, Deputy City Manager. Texas, USA

“You may think to yourself: ‘I’m not a national security person. I’m a scientist, a business person, an academic and so on. I’m not interested in geopolitics.’ Well, I can say with a high level of confidence that geopolitics is interested in you. And it’s important that you know how you can be at risk and how you can protect your interests.”

THE COMMITTEE OF WOMEN IN SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE (CWSI)

The Committee of Women in Security and Intelligence of IOSI is aiming to empower young professional women to join, learn, exchange ideas, share knowledge, and develop theoretical initiatives regarding best practices in security and intelligence.

The initial objectives of the CWSI:

The initial objectives of the committee are but are not limited to discussing, developing, and promoting security and intelligence initiatives. The intention is to create awareness about current trends and issues in the field.

We aim to foster such an environment by providing seminars, webinars, conferences, workshops, and training in this one-stop-shop not-for-profit organization. Participation in international and local events will be discussed and approved by the committee.

The benefits for members of the CWSI:

  • Professional learning through constant participation with respected professionals in the field.
  • Leadership development and in-depth access to current security and intelligence topics.
  • Expansion of your professional networks.

The leading topic in the CWSI:

The Committee of Women in Security and Intelligence of IOSI will be focusing on Gender-Based Violence (Violence Against Women and Girls) as the leading topic of discussion for 2021. Because of the growing situation on this matter, it is time to focus on this subject mainly; violence against women and girls continues to be one of the most pervasive manifestations of discrimination and human rights violations. Members of the CWSI govern and develop the engagement of the general public in IOSI’s global projects.

The Committee of Women in Security and Intelligence of IOSI (CWSI), alongside with a helping hand of technology, will aim to bring progress and solutions, on any scale, to combat Gender-Based Violence. This issue should be considered a global pandemic, given that it affects 1 out of 3 women in their lifetime.

MODERN PROBLEMS REQUIRE MODERN SOLUTIONS

WHO WE ARE:

The Global Organization for Security and Intelligence – IOSI.

An independent not-for-profit organization with global reach and a robust network of renowned experts in security and intelligence.

WHAT WE ARE:

Above all, we are goal-oriented and transparent in the deliverance of our proofs of concept. Our originality lies in IOSI’s Global Projects which contribute to the never-ending journey of building a better society.

OUR 2021 GLOBAL PROJECTS:

OUR HOW:

We are launching a human-driven platform for intelligence sharing. The IOSI Members Network Platform.

FINANCE:

IOSI Global Projects are realized with the support of:

  • Private individuals
  • Members

We do not request government or corporation support of any kind – it allows us to avoid falling into conflicts of interest, nepotism, and issues of political correctness.

OUR WHY:

We Believe:

  • That common interests unite us and make us stronger.
  • In a paradigm change where you can choose to share intelligence that matters.
  • In technological advancements joining the course of human development – a balanced society where shared intelligence and profit are cherished.

So, why are we building this new social platform in the era of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.?

We have established ourselves as a not-for-profit organization; by default, our drive is not making profit.

This allows us to offer something unique which is not currently, nor has it ever been, on the market – the IOSI PLATFORM for members.

  • We do not store your data.
  • We do not share your data.
  • We do not sell your identity.
  • We do not accept advertising for such purposes.

  • We do not do business based on your data.
  • We care.

IOSI INSTRUMENT – Anonymous POST:

The IOSI PLATFORM for members strives to serve as a virtual safe space for all citizens involved in SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE (including concerned citizens). On the Platform members can freely share their views and opinions.

To offer a trustworthy and safe space, our platform allows our members to publish articles anonymously, if they so desire.
