Masters Degree in International Security and Intelligence from Massey University’s center for Defense and Security Studies. For her Masters thesis, Nicola conducted a comprehensive research project on the operational security documents Jihadi groups like ISIS share online to better understand how individuals involved in the Jihadi network are able to anonymize their identities and online activities. She is published on the subject of Cyber Security and Jihad. Nicola is a subject matter expert in the Middle East region, ISIS, Hezbollah, online Jihad, OSINT, Cyber Security and Social media. She has worked with and lead teams in identify and reporting Jihadists online.
