President at the Police College

Prof. Dr. Heike Wagner is President at the Brandenburg Police College. This makes her the first woman to head the university.
Heike has been working in the state administration for 21 years. As a doctor of law, she gained experience ahead of the department in the Department of the Protection of the Constitution in the Ministry of the Interior or as a consultant at the Brandenburg state representation in Brussels. Wagner is currently a professor for criminology and head of studies for the master’s course in criminology at the Police College.
“It is a special honour for me to work with Prof. Dr. Wagner to appoint the first female president of the University of Police in Brandenburg. She has already proven her outstanding leadership personality several times in the past, ”said Interior Minister Michael Stübgen (CDU) at the appointment of Wagner.
